Dear Friends:
Many of you asked us how we joined KidzPost and what you can do to join. Two summers ago most of us took a leadership camp through a program called Passion2Build. After the camp we decided we wanted to do this website as a way to add something to our town that had not yet been created. You can go to a leadership camp this summer and join KidzPost or help create your own project. Tell your parents to visit this website: www.passion2build.com and email our advisor, Rebecca Dietz at: passion2build@comcast.net. Good Luck!
Dear Katie:
I liked your website, it’s cool. I like the way you make jokes into comics…
Dear Katie:
Your page is the best out of all of them….I liked the comics on your page…Also I think your cat hat (on your avatar) is cool.
Dear Zoe:
I love your page. I really hope you make another page so I can visit it.
Dear Friend:
I did make a new page called “To Be Continued”. I wrote the beginning of a story and am looking for writers to make up the next part. Check it out and add to the story.
Dear Carly:
I like your pictures, especially the scarecrow….
Dear Friend:
Thanks. I'm glad that you like thrm. It took lots of practice to perfect. Practice makes perfect!
Dear Carly:
Did you really take these pictures or did you get them online?
Dear Friend:
Yeah. I love to take pictures of scenery. I have had a camera for about three years now. I used to practice with my dad and now I do it on my own.
Dear Sean:
I really like your brain bats. They get me thinking. Also your puzzles are amazing. I actually have to look in the answer box.
Dear Sean:
I think Rizzles and Puddles is an awesome ACTIVITY!!!!!!!! I want to know a few things. How did you get involved in KidzPost? Second, was it hard making KidzPost? Did you have fun making KidzPost?
Dear Friend:
Thanks, I am glad you like the page. Yes, I work hard at Rizzles and Puddles and it is a lot of fun, especially when several of us work together to come up with ideas. See the box at the top of the page to find out how to join KidzPost.
Dear Km:
I like the way you illustrated the person in The Adventures of the Mad Scientist, because the hair…looks like other mad scientists comics. Also I wonder if you got this (idea) from Adventure Time TV?
Dear Friend:
I actually did not illustrate the comic but I did write it. I just thought of a random thing, which was a scientist and wrote a comic about it.
Dear Kate:
I really like that you can submit your poems. It’s amazing that everyone has such good poems! Also, have you ever thought of submitting shape poems…it might be pretty cool.
Dear Friend:
I think that sounds like a great idea. Why didn't I think of that?
Dear Rosa:
I think you should review “Waiting for Anya”. I really liked what you wrote about the “Girl Who Could Fly.” I liked your whole page…
Dear Friend:
I have never read that book, but I will look for it in the library. I might write a review.
Dear Avery:
I like your idea of a hedgehog. Keep doing Hector!
Dear Avery:
How did you make the really really cool Rizzles and Puddles? I thought they were really fun. My favorite was ‘Curiosity Killed the Cat”. I hope you make more for people to figure out.
Dear Friend:
I just used my imagination to make riddles. The thing I do is I take a common saying, twist it a little bit and look for images that represent the words.
Dear Ethan:
My comment is -- make the comic thing longer (in Super Science)...
